Recipe
50ml Adams Coffee Whisky Liqueur
50ml freshly brewed black coffee
½ -1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp double cream
pinch of grated nutmeg
Method
1. Lightly whip double cream till slightly thickened and then set aside.
2. Pour hot coffee into a heatproof glass mug, then add Adams whisky and sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Gently float the cream on top and sprinkle the nutmeg over the cream.
