Made using wild-picked sloe berries, our award-winning Sloe Gin is elevated by time spent in an ex-pinot noir barrel which helps provide its iconic mouthfeel. As versatile as they come, our Sloe Gin is made for sharing (or not).

Flavour – Rich and sweet dark fruits. You’ll find yourself thinking of port while you sip.

Serve – Best enjoyed over ice or with a splash of lemonade or soda.

Cocktail Inspiration

  • "Sloe Gin Bramble" Cocktail

    Recipe

    45ml Sloe Gin

    4-5 Fresh Blackberries

    15ml Lemon Juice

    Soda Water

    Method

    1. Add Sloe Gin, Lemon Juice and Blackberries into a short glass
    2. Muddle all ingredients until Blackberries have been juiced
    3. Add ice and top with Soda Water
    4. Garnish with berries or dehydrated orange
